Polaris Apprenticeships
Polaris is one of the UK’s largest children’s service providers. For over 37 years, our independent fostering and adoption agencies have been passionately improving the lives of young people. Within our services we also have residential children’s homes, leaving care services, education, and bespoke children’s services contracts. Our nurturing community works collectively to support the best outcomes for every child in our care.
We have established a new branch of our services – Polaris Apprenticeships. As a main training provider, we offer apprenticeships in Health and Social Care for children and young people. Currently, we are able to offer the Level 4 Children, Young People and Families Practitioner Apprenticeship across the West Midlands.
Our staff have extensive experience in the Health and Social Care sector, including residential children’s homes, fostering, and education and possess relevant professional qualifications to support this expertise.
Our highly skilled workforce can provide employers within Health and Social Care with the highest level of service to ensure that children and young people benefit from a workforce with the right skills, knowledge, and behaviours to make a real difference, leading to the best outcomes for the children in your care.
Our aim is to offer all apprentices the highest level of professional development so they can enhance practice standards and continue their careers in what can sometimes be challenging but extremely rewarding work.
